- Weight loss,
- Symptom,
- Diseases,
- Diet, etc.
You have already gathered a few ideas. Now you can understand the practical definition of seed keywords.
Seed keywords are usually short tail (usually 1 or 2 words) keywords without any modifier which have a large volume and are relatively difficult to rank. You will know all about it later. For now, You can even write these terms as a keyword.
Manually you can do it better. Make the subtopic of seed keywords. For diseases, it can be chronic, and acute diseases. It may also be categorized as sugar, pressure, thyroid, eye diseases, skin diseases, etc. You may also note down all available products to make it easy for the next steps. Here you can do it manually or using tools. For the manual, visit the website and navigate the resources. The more time you spend, the better understanding you have.

i) TOFU (Top Of The Funnel):
Here customer comes for information. For example, it is common to search on the internet what is computer. It has a very high search volume. If you want to earn for this keyword by AdSense then it’s fine. On the other hand, here conversion rate is very low as the buyer has very less intention for it.
ii) MOFU (Middle Of The Funnel):
Here people come both for information and to buy too if they satisfy. For example Uberauggest v/s Ahrefs. Maybe people come here to know about which is best (as a free version) or maybe buy the services. It has a moderate level of search volume as well as a conversion rate.
iii) BOFU (Bottom Of The Funnel):
Here people come for buying intention. If all the information is fine then buying takes place. The affiliate products keyword like “Best android under 10000” can be a good product example. Most of the cases it has a lower volume of searches but a very high conversion rate.
Here you have to remind yourself all the time what is your target type. It is a wise step to choose a keyword each time that satisfies your goal. It does not mean you should always focus on TOFU. The mixture of all those in the right proportion can help to increase Brand Awareness. You can have multipurpose to spread your business. It has some additional queries with seed words. Generally, 2-3 words are found here. some examples are computer software, SEO agencies, Weight loss diet, etc. Here both the volume and the ranking difficulty are medium.
3) Long-tail-keywords:
Here the query is very specific. It may have very less volume too like 0-10 words. some examples can be “How to get backlinks for free“, “How to start affiliating Marketing with no money” etc. Generally, it is far easy to rank than the above two types of keywords.
Here one thing needs to be mentioned there is no strict relation between word length to keyword type. The above explanations are for a general perspective. Search volume refers to how many times this keyword is searched on the internet. Here is one thing you have to know (everyone does not tell) that is not information about how many people are searching. Commonly, a single person searches a term many times. However, a big volume means more visits to the page and more opportunities to get them in.
2) Keyword difficulty (KD)
Keyword difficulty provides a hint of how easy or hard to rank on it. Another explanation can be it is too competitive or have less competition. Generally, it ranges between 0-100. The more score will prefer the more need to qualify the criteria to rank for it.
The score is not similar through different tools. A KD score of 50 can differ in Semrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest. Everyone suggests it based on their specific criteria. For example, Ahrefs tilts with the backlinks.
It can be straightforwardly said that not any tool knows what the perfect criteria are set by google to rank a page. However, these tools are helpful to get a rough idea about keyword difficulty and it works.
3) CPC (Cost per Click)
CPC refers to if anyone enters your page and clicks an ad served by Google or a similar one then how much revenue comes from it. If the PPC rate is $0.1 and the total number of ad clicks is 100 then your revenue will be $10. If CPC is $100 here and the total number of ad clicks is 100 the revenue will be $10000. It may be a considerable factor for your business. Why?
The ultimate target is to make revenue and grow your business. If you have not need revenue from ads then it is ok. However these days businesses like to diversify their income. They generate revenue simultaneously with product & service + ads or affiliate income + ads etc. Is your goal to income from ads? If yes then making maximum posts with low CPC will not make any sense. You can always take look at CPC to understand the estimated revenue chances from the particular keyword.
